Challenges

Painpoints

Oilfield facilities are distributed across complex and extended environments, making continuous low-altitude protection difficult.

The spread of civilian drone technology has increased risks such as illegal intrusion, operational interference and even terrorist attacks.

The presence of flammable and explosive hazardous materials significantly raises the impact of any low-altitude security incident.

Benefits

Advantages

Build a multi-level, three-dimensional protection architecture for key oilfield facilities.

Combine detection, defense, electro-optical support and customized equipment according to the area type.

Strengthen proactive deterrence, interference capability and early warning across the whole low-altitude airspace.

Technical Proposal

Medium-Scale Oilfield Deployment Logic

According to the linear expansion logic of the area, the construction of a 700-square-kilometre medium-scale oilfield requires increased equipment density, wider coverage and stronger interconnection capability to support daily prevention and control activities.

Technical Proposal for Oil field Solutions

Integrated Deployment Architecture

The architecture combines cellular-network deployment, full-coverage warning logic and mobile tactical response to create a scalable protection model for medium-scale oilfields.

Production and support areas use a cellular network logic.
Warning area prioritizes full coverage detection deployment.
Mobile and vehicle-mounted systems support multi-point intrusion response.
Production Area

Cellular Network Deployment

Assuming the production area covers 140 km² of the total 700 km² oilfield, and the cellular network is deployed, the effective coverage area of a single piece of equipment is approximately 90% of the theoretical area.

Detection and defense systems are deployed alongside electro-optical equipment, with non-standard customized equipment providing additional support.

Support Area

Detection and Defense Equipment

Assuming the support area covers 80 km² of the total 700 km² oilfield, and the cellular network is deployed, the effective coverage area of a single piece of equipment is approximately 90% of the theoretical area.

The support area forms a comprehensive defense network with no blind spots, improving deterrence and interference capability.

Warning Area

Full Coverage Detection

Assuming the warning area covers 480 km² of the total 700 km² oilfield, the detection equipment is deployed for full coverage.

This area is designed to build a comprehensive early warning barrier for early detection and response to potential low-altitude threats.

Mobile Equipment

Portable and Vehicle-Mounted Response

It is recommended to set up 6 tactical areas, each with 2 groups of patrols equipped with portable and counter equipment.

The Vehicle-Mounted system can be deployed around key oil well groups to deal with multi-point intrusion scenarios.
