DJI Power 1 KW Super Fast Car Charger

While driving, the DJI Power Car Charger (1 kW) can use excess electricity from the car’s alternator to quickly charge Power 1000 and the expansion battery with up to 1,000 W*, reaching 1,024 Wh in approximately 78 minutes**, expanding the capacity of your car’s electrical system. It can also connect to the vehicle’s battery and charge it with Power 1000 to prevent battery depletion***, achieving intelligent two-way charging and expanding the capacity of the car’s battery.

* At ambient temperatures between 0°C and 45°C, the 1 kW Super Fast Charger can continuously charge DJI Power 1000 at 1,000 W via the car’s alternator. Data was tested in a controlled laboratory environment.

** Data measured at 25°C with the Car Charger (1 kW) connected to 12V or 24V systems and charging DJI Power 1000 and a Power Expansion Battery 2000 at a maximum power of 1,000 W. The Expansion Battery must be charged separately.

*** The DJI Power 1 kW Super Fast Charger can stabilize the vehicle battery voltage at 13.5 V. Depending on the voltage status, it can charge Power 1000 (when the voltage is higher than 13.5 V) or acquire energy from Power 1000 to power the vehicle battery (when the voltage is lower than 13.5 V).

Tips

1. The car charger (1kW) is suitable for 12V or 24V vehicle systems. The input voltage of the vehicle charging terminals should not exceed 45V.

2. When installing it on the vehicle and before driving, organize and fix the cables, and ensure that all terminal screws are tightened.

3. When installing the cables, it is recommended to first fix them to the car charger (1kW), and then connect the fuse and cables to the vehicle battery, to avoid short circuits that may damage the equipment.

4. The car charger (1kW) is not waterproof and dustproof. Take precautions to avoid exposing it to water or dust during installation.

5. To protect the vehicle circuit, the DJI Power Super Fast Car Charger (1 kW) is factory-set to a charging power of 500 W. Increasing the charging power to 1,000 W requires the use of the DJI Power dongle adapter and setting in the app.
