Designed for Reflex and Mirrorless cameras, the Ronin-S combines advanced stabilization, precision control and manual focus control in one compact form for one-handed use. With Ronin-S, creators can shoot with the freedom of stabilized shots in motion.
Design
The innovative Ronin-S framework raises the weight of the camera above the rolling axis, making the camera’s integrated display unobstructed and always in view. This ergonomic design also frees the Ronin-S from unwanted shocks while switching from an underslung to an upright position with smooth movement.
SmoothTrack
With one hand, SmoothTrack technology lets you easily switch between camera corner movements. Two customizable parameter sets allow you to store your favorite SmoothTrack settings, switching between them with a single click. Ronin-S’s new Sport Mode now intelligently increases SmoothTrack responsiveness to keep up with any movement.
Versatility
The Ronin-S can be easily mounted on an RC handle for low angle shots or even as a stabilized remote control when mounted on an arm. The dedicated DJI Focus Command Unit can be mounted on the accessory dock, allowing creators to focus when using the standard handle. You can also connect the Ronin-S to a two-hand bar without compromising control of the camera’s gimbal, focus or shutter.
Ecosystem
We understand that sometimes you need more than just a gimbal for your project. Multiple accessory mounts are assigned on Ronin-S, providing full support for additional components such as a microphone, LED lights and even a wireless video transmitter. Compatibility with DJI control devices such as Master Force provides intuitive controls. Master Wheels are also able to provide remote operators with precise gimbal movements.
